He has professional and leadership experience across multinational companies, businesses, non-profits, and faith-based organisations.
Yeang Cherng is the creator of StrengthsTransform™, a suite of training, diagnostic & coaching tools for executive strengths coaching, leadership development & team building. Over the past 5 years, his holistic organizational development solutions have reached more than 12,000 clients across schools, corporates, non-profits & families in 6 Asian countries. He also spearheaded the 1st ASEAN Strengths Education Summit in 2016. As a result, he impacted more than 160 educators & students from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand.
